“. . . Write the vision, and make it plain . . . that he may run that reads it.”   Habakkuk 2:2

The name “Oasis” expresses the vision and the mission to which we have been called.   Even as the dry, parched desert is refreshed by springs of water, so our lives are to receive of that Water of Life that flows from God’s throne. As we are refreshed in Him, we become an Oasis for others who are thirsty for that Living Water that proceeds from Him.

How faithful the Lord has been to reveal Himself! By His Spirit and through His Word, He has so abundantly and so faithfully made Himself known. Now we are called to be a blessing to the Body of Christ and to the world by proclaiming the glorious Name of Jesus and His Kingdom.

The vision that has been made clear to us is that we are to glorify God and His Son Jesus Christ by:

DESIRING . . . To know Him
       EXPERIENCING . . . The formation of Christ
             WORSHIPING . . . Him in Spirit & Truth
                       SERVING  . . . .      Him fervently locally & abroad
                                DISCIPLING . . .  Others to also long to serve Him

It is our desire that the Lord would be glorified in all and that His purposes be fulfilled in and through us as His people.   It is to that end that we gather as a local congregation and actively serve abroad as the Lord sovereignly opens doors.  And it is to that end that we freely make available recorded messages and institute courses to the Body of Christ.
